Set in a private, tranquil location this beautiful villa is an idyllic holiday
option. The best beaches of the Island ( Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, Cala Tarida
etc.. ) are at just 5 minutes from the house and 5 min by foot directly to a
nice beautiful cove/creek. Includes 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and
a brand new, huge 23 meters swimming pool. The house was built in 1964.

Description
The space
The Villa offers a big fenced garden with a massive swimming pool (23
meters long, with Saltwater chlorination), and lots of outdoor spaces and
terraces to enjoy unbelievable meals under the stars during your holiday in
Ibiza.
Recently renovated, La Moreneta is exquisitely finished and furnished.
Combining classic vintage furniture with more contemporary kitchen and
bathroom fittings, it's an amazing and peaceful place to stay.
Architect Ribas designed the villa la Moreneta to create a peaceful retreat
for his family in 1964. Close attention was used to employ natural cross-
ventilation, so even in the warmest Ibizan summer, you won’t need air
conditioning.
Even if the house has been fully renovated we respected the original
structure, so you will enjoy modern facilities, but still, feel the charming
atmosphere of the ’60ies.
The new kitchen if fully equipped with 3 ovens (one oversize professional
Gaggenau oven), 2 dishwasher machines (Miele), 2 fridges and freezers,
Nespresso machine, etc.

Each of the 5 bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning and ensuite
bathroom. bathroom & swimming pool towels are included in the rent
For family : we can easily rent baby cot, baby stroller or folding stroller

an outside shower
The large garden can welcome under the shadow of the mediterranean
