Description
The villa showcases thick old stone walls, tall ceilings with ancient Sabina beams, large living room with fireplace, covered front porch with comfortable chill area. With 7 bedrooms (3 of which have their own en suite shower / bathroom) and 5 full bath / shower rooms + 1 toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker and oven, dishwasher and fridge. Front porch, terrace and lawn garden with pool, bbq area and outdoor rustic studio space. Ample parking on the property. Fiber optics internet & WiFi.
Right next door to the property is the tallest fir tree of the balearic islands hosting meditations, gatherings and ceremonies. A stunning sunrise and sunset spot.
Explore the area by foot, bike or car. There are lovely walks from the house, just 15 mins stroll to the island’s renowned farm to table ‘Aubergine’, short drive to bar 'Can Sulayetas' a favorite of the locals. A 7 min drive to Port de San Miquel for closest access to the sea, 12 min to Cala Benirras, 7 min drive from Santa Gertrudis main square with it's abundance of choice for cute cafes, bars, restaurants and interesting shops.
